We Show You How To Spackle Travertine

In our latest video, we show you how to spackle travertine in order to fill unsightly holes or pores. This process takes only about 15-20 minutes and requires a few inexpensive products.

Why Does My Grout Have Holes?

We were approached by a customer who was wondering why his grout had holes in it and what he could do to fix it.

The holes that our customer was noticing was actually due to the grout drying with bubbles in it. The same way milk can be beat to a fluffy foam, when grout is mixed too fast or aggressively, it too can become aerated and installed with air bubbles in the mixture. This will leave little holes in the grout and can be unattractive.

At this point, the solution for this problem would be to grind down the grout about halfway and regrout it with the proper mixture.
